Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

 

All RTS Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

All other orders are processed according to discussion had with Double Impressions staff as different customized orders take different processing phases in order to provide you with the quality you deserve. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

  • Shipping method: USPS
    Shipment cost: Depends on Item Purchased
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or other issues we are unable to control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Double Impressions ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Double Impressions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

 

Double Impressions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS*

​

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the item, we will notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund once we have inspected your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive your credit within the delegated time provided by your form of payment policies.

If it is found that your item was damaged or not properly cared for according to the instructions provided to you at time of purchase and within your shipped package, your refund will be denied. You will have the option to get your original item back.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES*

If your item was damaged in transit or was not what you were expecting, please contact us so we can review the item and make a decision. We will ship up to 1 exchange item, if your request is approved, and ask that the original item be sent back to us.

*Personalized items with personal images or special requests WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Cancellations on personalized items must be submitted prior to the processing of your order.

Cancellations for RTS items must be submitted prior to your ship date.
