Made to Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Double Impressions, LLC.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Due to the made-to-order process in our store, we are UNABLE to accept returns. Please double check the details and description of the item before purchasing.

Made to order items can add an extra 3-7 business day processing time. Rush fees are possible upon request.

​

Full payment is due up front. This ensures the order is processed and shipped on time.

If I don’t feel respected or am unfairly treated, I reserve the right to refuse service and will issue a refund.

EXCHANGES*

If your item was not what you were expecting, please contact us so we can review the item and make a decision. We will ship up to 1 exchange item, if your request is approved, and ask that the original item be sent back to us.

*Made to Order items with personal images or special requests WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU VERIFY DETAILS AND DESCRIPTION OF ITEM BEFORE PURCHASE.

 

Double Impressions LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations on made to order items must be submitted prior to the processing of your order.

Cancellations for RTS items must be submitted prior to your ship date.
